My Husband and I relocated from California at the end of September and were in our home by the beginning of January. Mariah was referred to us by our realtor in California. Mariah has been the absolute best throughout our journey! She is extremely reliable, honest and trustworthy! Mariah was not trying to close on a house just to get a paycheck. She was honest and educated us on homes she didn't think were worth our time! When dealing with unethical and unprofessional seller's agents, she remained professional. Mariah communicated with us every step of the way and made sure our loan officer was also informed of where we were in the process. Mariah worked with our schedules and stayed up late plenty of nights to review paperwork with us, she was literally only a text away and responded right away! Mariah made our transition from out of state so smooth! We are extremely happy with her work ethic! Not only is she a great professional, she is also an amazing person! Mariah went above and beyond by hosting several 'open house' showings, continually following through with contractors and other appointments, and knows when to ask the right questions. My house listed right at the beginning of the downturn and she know how to adjust to take a proactive stance.
