She has gone above and beyond what is expected of a realtor and even after closing she is still helping with questions and concerns as well as helping setup appointments to get things upgraded. Terra was the absolute best realtor we could have asked for! She's the 4th one we ended up working, and this time, it was 4th times the charm! She worked so hard to get us our home, even though we had a pretty tricky process. Through all the ups and downs, she never gave up and kept pushing with us! She answered every single one of my millions of questions. She truly went above and beyond FOR US. She made us feel like the most important people in the world, and worked out the best deals! I NEVER want to buy a house again, but if I did, I would make sure to do it with Terra!!

I was trying to buy a house in Cheyenne while still working full-time in Pennsylvania, so I could not come out to visit properties in person. Terra was very careful and excellent about making recommendations and letting me know when a property smelled musty or had details that were concerning and not apparent from the photos and video. She really went above and beyond to make sure I ended up with a house I can be happy in for years to come!

I'd highly recommend Terra for anyone looking to buy a first home or a new home. Terra is always there for her client and goes above and beyond for you as well.
