We have worked with Shari Webb since September 2022. We were living in Maryland and came out here then to check out the area for a possible move. We had a good visit with her. She took the time to get to know us, and find out what type of house we were looking for. From the time we returned to MD until we came out this August, she would email us listings. We would make comments and send them back to her.She would keep in touch with us throughout the year, to see how we were doing and if our needs changed. When we came to Cheyenne this August,we gave her a list of the properties we wanted to see. She blocked a lot of her schedule that week to help us. That was much appreciated. She was gracious if we wanted to see more houses. She stayed positive even when we were discouraged. She asked us questions and was helpful with all the questions we asked her. She is knowledgeable about Cheyenne and the area, and pointed out several points of interest. We found our house at the end of the week. Shari explained everything that was involved the inspections and what all was involved with closing. She made sure we understood the process and gave us copies of everything. She didn't pressure us into anything, and would offer an opinion if asked. Another thing I was appreciative of were the emails she sent out each week were the 'What's happening in Cheyenne'. Very helpful in learning your way around. Thanks, Shari for helping us through a very stressful process and for still checking up on us . I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

I had a great experience with Shari. She was always professional and made me feel like I was family. She guided me in buying my first house and then also guided me in selling my house as well. There was never any questions that she couldnt answer throughout both situations. Im very thankful that she was in my corner.
