Im so disappointed in Wyomings awful techniques for I-80 deicing. I drove on it 1-22-24 between Rock Springs and Laramie and all the gravel destroyed the front end of my new $200,000 Sprinter van. Chipped and cracked the $4000 heated windshield, chipped all the powder coated parts and plastics bumper, and trashed the head lights. I just drove 6000 miles on my first ski trip in the van across 9 states and it just depreciated a ton due to Wyomings awful process. The other8 states had worse snow and no issues. Most use Mag Chloride or just do a better plowing job. Shane on you WYDOT for doing such a poor job. Im so upset. Ill be skipping your state on future ski trips. No more Jackson Hole Or Grand Targhee and no more money spent by us in your state. Get with the times and do a better job. You should better than other states. Not worse. Its hard to tell in pictures but you destroyed our van. The last van I drove 60,000 miles and never drove through what sounded like a war in your state. I wish 0 stars were an option. Im sure nobody will read this or care but I had to voice my option and suggestions. Im not just colonizing. There are solutions over the way you currently operate. Plus getting this junk off the paint was even worse than mag chloride or salt. Took hours to wash it off and get the undercarriage clean.

First storm of the year lovell/Greybull huge fail!!! 6am, highway from lovell to greybull not plowed. Highway is awful!! Time to wake up!!!!
