Alpine Dental PC: Cooper Linda Office Manager

If I could give her -10 stars I would. Terrible person and terrible manager. Dont work here if shes there. As a office manager to patients, Ive never seen someone so cold hearted and mean. I understand having to have tough skin to do what she does but she takes it to a whole new level and is completely demeaning and unprofessional to patients. Ive seen it personally. Shes a bully and harasses workers and plays favorites to the point of mental exhaustion. If I had known she wouldve caused so much problems in my life I wouldve never worked there. Do yourself a favor and dont work here and dont go here as a patient as long as shes around. Find an office that will take care of you and takes care of their workers.

Apparently if you had a bill that was sentto collections, even if you ended up getting it paid in full, they will not ever schedule you with their office. I find this absolutely ridiculous! Everyone falls on hard times. Sometimes people can't pay a bill in a decent amount of time. Because of this they refuse to see an individual and this is the reasoning of my review score!
