This place is a joke. None of the workers are helpful and most don't know what they are doing. If you can go anywhere else I would suggest it. You will spend an absurd amount of time here because of the incompetence of people here.

Not very satisfying. People who provide telephone service should have an understanding that they are being paid to assist others who are not familiar with a process. Having an attitude that leaves the caller believing that the service rep. can hardly be bothered to answer does not reflect well on the Office.

I went in and registered to vote on February 18, 2020. I had been dropped off of the rolls. Tory assisted me that day. She was polite to begin with. When she asked me what party I wanted to register under, I replied "Democrat." Things went downhill from there. I tried to make polite conversation. Tory would not speak to me. She would not even look at me. She became blatantly rude. I would think as an employee being paid from tax money, she should be required to be civil regardless of a citizen's political affiliation. I normally register as an Independent, but I want to be able to vote in the primaries. Tory needs to be reprimanded and brought down a couple of notches.
