    Nice guys, they fixed the broken screen on my Google pixel. And I'll definitely be back because I broke it again while at work. Yeah, I should probably get one of those $10 screen protectors off Amazon.

    I took my pc in to see to get windows installed. The man at the counter told me the installation would cost 100. Never did he say anything about any kind of labor cost. And because installation is labor I didn't think there would be any other prices attached to getting it installed. The next day I got a text from them saying they recommended installing a ssd drive for 100 roughly. Which I didn't want to spend that much more because then it would make more sense for me to just buy a new pc. So I told the guy I don't want that. He said he wouldn't install windows because I could loose all my information on my hard drive. Which I didn't care about because there wouldn't of been any data on it which he would of known if he would of talked to me. So I told him forget it I'll just take my pc back. Upon giving me my pc back he said it cost me 80 dollars. I asked for what. He said it's for the labor. No one at any point in time told me there was a labor cost. I told the guy I was not told of any labor cost. Thats when his anger got ahold of him and he told to take my pc and leave. Which I was happy to do after all this. Communication errors happen I get that, I also get someone getting pissed off at their time being waisted, but trying to be sold the ssd was ridiculous.

    I had my s23 ultra screen replaced and the guys were super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They ordered the screen and only kept my phone for a few hours once the screen came in. Well worth the cost, my phone is like new!

Hi, James. We absolutely agree with you: the $35 computer you brought in is not/was not worth the cost of the repairs you sought, especially since our basic hourly labor rate is $80. In fact, we agreed so much that our technician was clear about this when you brought it in, but you were insistent on getting the work done. After our techs spent more than an hour working on your computer to determine if the requested work was even possible, we found signs of additional issues (a failing hard drive) which would further raise your repair costs. At that point, you agreed with us that the costs did not make sense given the value of the computer. We can understand, to some degree, the perspective that states there was no improvement to your device, therefore you should not have to pay, but it does not make sense to expect skilled work to be done for free, especially when we gave you a solution at a reasonable price. Again, we spent over an hour diagnosing and working on your device, and it seemed like you expected to walk away without paying for the time we spent. One thing that you omitted from your review, which we find important to note, is that we did not charge you whatsoever for the time we spent on your device due to your attitude towards the work and the lack of communication on both ends. We do apologize for our lack of communication. We hope that we were able to provide an appropriate amount of context to this situation. Best of luck to you in the future!
