        Ive been with FNBO when they were WSB. They have always been helpful and very knowledgeable with my banking needs. The transition to FNBO was smooth with no issues. The manager is always willing to jump in and resolve any issue. Great management, great staff and a great bank.

        I've been back and forth with this bank for the last 3 days, trying to get my mother's account changed and safe from a former "caretaker". Showed and gave them copy of POA, statement from her Dr showing mental incompetence, and still yet another roadblock. They were exceptionally rude, wouldn't listen to anything I had to say without me having to really get their attention. Carolyn and Tammy were the one's I had to deal with at Cheyenne Pershing location.
