Excellent all around! Cheyenne WY store - Presale, Brad answered every question I had about a new refrigerator and he helped me find what I wanted and needed. When I found one at one of those other places for a little less, they immediately matched the price (which is now the price listed on the website).
Brad made sure the fridge was gonna fit, made sure I knew what to expect on delivery day - I think he really went above and beyond!
The delivery was perfect - the guys showed up right on the estimated time and took care of everything. Perfect.
Other stores (HD or L) had the fridge, but not in stock. Appliance Factory had it and delivered within 2 days.
I'm really impressed, and sometimes for me, that's hard to do. Appliance Factory fully exceeded with everything.
