Bob Ide has provided a nice, clean, and well cared for building for our office off-and-on for over 30 years now. We have rented an office over the years in 3 of his buildings (moving in and out for different reasons, but not because I didn't like the office). Bob has always been greatly accommodating to my requests when he thought he could be. I respect that he has tried to maintain the integrity and originality of these old Casper buildings - I'm sure it's a challenge! The buildings that have a lobby are restored beautifully! The only criticism I have is that he does not allow a phone # on the office door sign. I know he has a good reason; however, when someone walks by my office they don't see a way to contact me. People do ask "Why isn't there a phone # on your office sign? I had to Google it!"
