I was extremely pleased with the care I received at Mesa. Their nurse practitioner Angela Booth is very proficient, courteous and prompt. She updated me with the results of two procedures as soon as they became available.

This institution has the most incredible and friendly staff. From check in to check out, every member of the staff (receptionist, nurses and physicians) dealt with me in a kind, compassionate and friendly manner.

I agree with Krista! The walk-in clinic is terrible. In and out, after waiting for HOURS! We've been going here for years. Everything has changed, and it's like they dont care. 1st, we had to change Dr's (OR should I say PA's, there aren't any Dr's here) because ours moved to the walk-in clinic. Then, I had to make appointments for my husband, myself, and both my parents for a new primary care PA, Stacy Henley. I made the new appointments, 1 at 8:45 in the morning. I told them, when I made the appointment, I'd be late because I have kids to take to school. It was the only appointment time available then. I showed up for the appointment, and they told me I have to reschedule. So, I canceled all 4 of our appointments. We will NOT be returning! Very disappointed!
