Have to get a new modem and router every other month and the WiFi if terrible same with the customer service. Every time I call its always the same questions but its never the problem I have. They need to do something about soon.

I am very happy to say my experience with Spectrum has gotten much better than it ever was in years past I would highly recommend trying Spectrum again because their services price and Personnel have came a long way thanks Ashley for making our day

I spend more time talking to a respersentive then actually enjoying my internet. The internet never fails to go out at least once a day. Quite frankly spectrum was better when it was time Warner. They offer a phone service now so now when your internet goes down your phone can too.

It's Saturday 3/9/24 @ 11:36 a.m. and they have just 1 person working and there are 30 people I here! I've been here since 10:30 and this poor woman is by herself! Shame on you Spectrum!!!!!
