Put on a stone stoop that cracked and crumbled in 6 months...no problem, things happen. However, they should know their materials well enough that a different stone should have been used originally. The poor review comes from the fix. I agreed to meet them halfway on price to replace the stoop and the bill for the fix was TWICE the original. My stoop was now three times the quoted expense. When I called to discuss the bill, instead of listening or understanding, I was told how much payroll was!!! The cost of doing business is NOT my problem.
The new stoop is not centered under the door and the color of the second stone doesn't compliment the house as well as the first crumbling one did. I'm very disappointed.
