I stayed here on a snowmobiling trip for a week, I left my drone and Sony a 6300 camera in the room and forgot until the next day.. I called the front desk to ask about it, but it was missing.. I panicked a little and maybe accused housekeeping of taking it to the front desk but to my relief they had it locked in the managers office already and Randy the manager was very kind and helpful with the process. The front desk was super understanding and very professional with my accusations thank you Fairfield afton, thank you Randy thank you front desk and housekeeping this was over $3000 of equipment they sent right back to me ASAP

First time visit, I was extremely impressed. The hotel feels very clean and modern, especially for being situated in such a small town. The staff here were also extremely friendly and helpful at check in and they even hooked us up with a larger room at the regular rate because of our group size. Location is great if you want to go ski Jackson without having to break the bank. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay and you are passing through!

Ive only been here 10 minutes and I am IMPRESSED. This is your best bet for the most comfortable, modern, and overall best hotel in the surrounding area. Office Staff was very friendly and efficient during check in. 10/10 would stay again.
