Editing to update: The bus driver was replaced toward the end of the year and we absolutely love him. He is so much nicer! My child is apparently required to stand in knee deep snow (The plow does not keep this area tidy and continues to push more snow where he's supposed wait) because the bus stop is at the corner at the end of the street. The only spot that gets plowed where the bus stops is the actual street. He is not allowed to wait in the car regardless of the amount of snow or temperature. Not a very friendly lady.

My daughter was in pre-k and the driver would be over 40 minutes late and never call to let us know. They have drove past my babysitters house then backed up in the road to drop her off. Another time a different driver asked my 4 year old how to spell her name then tried to drop her off at the wrong place. We also moved into town and now somehow were out of the district?? Even though we are in the same zip code as before and right down the road from the bus building.
