This is the place to go for Lyme disease treatment. Forget your PCP. He/she will give you 3 weeks of meds and consider it done. That may work, but it may not. Moreover, the standard he/she uses (IDSA Lyme Disease standard) does not encourage screening for coinfections so your doctor will probably not do that. Mine didn't.
This center will thoroughly diagnose and treat you by a better standard for Lyme disease than your MD will use.
The cost associated with this treatment is much better than at some LLMDs in Wisconsin. Overall it is a very good value.
You can expect thorough, specialized treatment regimes which conform to ILADS standards (International Lyme and Associated Disease Society) and thorough testing to identify and effectively contain and treat Lyme Disease and its associated co-infections.
All staff were friendly, kind and courteous.
The peace of mind that comes from knowing you are getting such good care is priceless. Lyme disease is nothing to take lightly. The way Your PCPs deal with it is shocking. Be safe.

The facility is beautiful and clean. Nurse Ashley Johnson met with me and my father and gave us a wonderful and comprehensive overview of the treatment plan for me. They take a holistic and science based view. Kathleen at the front desk is also wonderful. If you suspect you have been bitten by a tick please go here they are much more specialized than regular doctors. You can submit the visits and procedures to your insurance but it is honestly worth it.

You CAN have lyme disease with a negative test result. The team at the Tick Borne Illness Center of Excellence gave me my life back after having undiagnosed lyme disease for 4 1/2 years. Ashley and Kathy are very caring and compassionate. The appointments were never rushed. They answered all of my questions and explained things more than once if I needed it. They told me to call with any questions and I called more than half a dozen times and they were always very happy to help me. I will be forever grateful for the Tick Borne Illness Center Of Excellence. My children have their mom back.
