Group of 6 did the sauna/cold plunge therapy. Would have benefited from another cold tank as we had to wait for each individual to use it.
Also, at times felt like we were being nickle and dimed for towel rental and water cost on top of paying the price to use the sauna and cold tank.
All and all a wonderful place with very nice staff. We will be back despite the negatives I mentioned.
