I LOVED the new younger, female dentist. She was so personable and professional as well as other friendly staff! Whoever I received a call from yesterday regarding an easily fixable issue with my insurance was demanding payment as if I was a criminal who had stolen from her personally. The hostility was beyond unprofessional and unfortunate. They have officially lost my business after having been there periodically for 10ish years? even after all the changes & never having an issue with insurance or payment before..

Went in for my first. Appt today. Things seemed modern and welcoming from reception to the assistant and dentist. A plan was made for my dental work and hopefully it will be painless. Non the less everyone was very patient with my fears. I'm glad so far that I found them.
