Beware, if you want a professional get someone else. I contacted Herb in December 2021for a new well. He sent an estimate, I cut a check for the deposit on 1/12/22. I finally went with a more dependable driller after Herb lied to me 4 different times about showing up. Had my well 2 weeks later. I wouldn't hire him to get a bottle of water from Kwik Trip.

Our go to for well/water issues! Every time we call its a Sunday or a holiday and FREEZING, unfortunately. But Herb always answers when we call and gets us serviced quickly. Very much appreciate this man! Kind, great price, and knows what hes doing! Hopefully we dont have any more issues with our well/water but I know that if we do, we can give him a call! Thanks for all you do!

Herb responded when our well pump went out in a blizzard when many others would not even pick up the phone or return our messages. He drove out at the tail end of a snow emergency to restore water to our home and was reasonably priced. Not only that, he was able to work on our JET PUMP, which a lot of other contractors refused to do. He is a very good "detective", a nice guy, and you can tell he has a lot of experience and loves what he does.

It is hard to find timely assistance from companies in many of the trades today. Herb was able to arrive at our home the same day we contacted him regarding our water issue. Our Tech was timely, very knowledgeable, efficient and gave us great value for the price we paid. I would recommend HezPaz to anyone needing assistance with their well.
