        After talking to 4 different realtors we decided on Kimball realty. Knowing nothing about them but a trusted friends recommendation and meeting them was our start. There are many reasons this was a great decision but here are a few, to me the most important thing about selling our home and buying is communication. They are EXTREMELY fast in response to us in calling us back or answering questions, this is very important to us, new house on the market comes up we call them and they set a appointment for us to go see it immediately. They are always early for any appointment and even though they had other clients I always felt like we were their priority. They are honest and realistic and do not overpromise anything. I would not hesitate using their services again in the future and would recommend them over any big box realtors in the area. Last thing, dont even get me started about the house warming gift of the limited edition Kimball realtors coffee mugs!!!
