OK so, I don't think I'll ever eat here again. The waitress didn't hear me say cheese curds cause, I didn't get them and it wasn't on my bill The bill was $32.93. They charge $.90 to use credit card and I paid cash. I asked her if that charge would be taken off. She said yes in broken English. Walked away with my $40 and didn't come back Never to be seen again And a little boy puked all over the floor two tables over all for parmesan wings and oreo shake

Server took over 15 min to get me a refill on my drink. Had to ask bartender to refill it. Came in lunch time. I'd say there was about 25 guests. Not busy at all. Other than that food is amazing. Had the cheese head burger. No complaints.

Not worth the $97 I paid to eat here: burgers were ok. If youre paying with card, they pass on the 3% surcharge. The highlight of the experience was schooling my kids in air hockey while we waited.

What a terrible experience and I have never even set foot in this place. My family and I ordered for delivery, I put in my card information and left a tip, the delivery driver showed up and said that I hadnt paid yet I did not a get a confirmation email so I had NO proof and nothing had shown up on my bank statement yet and couldnt get ahold of the restaurant, so I paid in cash thinking there was a problem on their end.. The next day IT CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT I thought I could fix it and called the restaurant and they told me they would send the problem to their manager and get back to me, 2 days later I hadnt heard from anyone and still havent gotten my money back.. so I called AGAIN, well this time they were having computer issues and would call me back when it was working.. never got a call back, still no money refunded.. I will now be making yet A THIRD PHONE CALL. Oh and I have asked to speak to a manager and they ask me why, I explain and then I STILL cant speak to a manager. I lost $260 to this place and no one seems to be actually helping me.
