Everything went fairly smoothly for the 36 exterior doors and 180 plus exterior shutters that were removed and painted. The problem occurred at the end of the job. Young men working for Dan with power tools reinstalled the shutter's, several were cracked in the process. Dan agreed to replace the broken shutters. It has been over 9 months. Supposedly the shutters are sitting in his business But he will not allow us to pick them up nor haas has he delivered them. Services: Door painting, Exterior painting

Dan and Lisa Legge are some of the hardest working people I know. I manage HSI Rentals, my father's college rental company in Whitewater. HSI Rentals owns and operates 30 buildings, which breaks down to 85 units that serves around 325 UWW students. We turn over on average 60 units per year, and this requires punctual, quick, and effective work to turn these units over in a 40 day period. This requires painting and deep cleaning of each of these units. We have hired LPP and Cleaning for many years now. Dan runs the painting segment, and his crew is one of the best in the area. They are always on top of every job that we throw at them. Lisa and her crew work throughout the evening and into the night to ensure a emaculate unit for our tenants, which is our expectations of quality for our customers. I could not thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to our company.
