I had to call twice to get an appointment set up for septic pumping and county inspection requirements. (People are busy...I get it...was willing to overlook this.) Overall they were polite and accommodating. I wasn't going to be home when they arrived so we were instructed to leave a check and the inspection form on the front door. They completed the form and left a receipt. Today I went to use the hose I keep on my back deck and couldn't find it! The spigot is about 20ft from my deck and on the other side of a tricky gate. We have it on an extender so we don't have to fight with the gate every time we need to use it. It took me a couple minutes to notice that the hose was laying, all stretched out, on the ground near our septic tank. After a little maneuvering, I managed to pull the hose back onto the deck. That was when I found out that it had been turned off at the spigot. (We always leave it ON because....the spigot is difficult to access.) So I trekked around the house and turned on the spigot. Immediately I could hear water spurting but assumed it was from the automatic dog waterer that my dog was very near. So.... around the house I go to find that it wasn't the dog waterer but rather the hose sprayer was no longer seated correctly and spraying water everywhere. Another trek back to the spigot to turn off the water, pull the hose back off the deck so I could be next to the spigot while I re-seated the wand attachment, and blah blah blah.... Seems like a little thing but a huge annoyance that could have been avoided with some communication. They didn't mention needing access to the hose. They didn't out it back where they found it and they certainly didn't leave it in the condition they found it in. Again, this probably SOUNDS petty, but for $220 and two calls to schedule service, I feel justified in my annoyance. Don't think I will use them again. I only experience terrible customer service with this company. I called their 1-800 number on a Thursday and was told I would receive a call that night about my septic system issue. The following Tuesday, I called again because I hadn't heard anything. The person on the phone apologized and said I would receive a call that day or the next. It's been three weeks now, and I haven't heard a word. This company is clearly not reliable. I only experience terrible customer service with this company.
