I had a complicated tax return with multiple states where I received income. Joe and his managers did an excellent job making sense of all my information and got my return finished and strived to make sure I got the best return. I really appreciate their care and positive attitude. I felt well taken care of.

She was really nice, but the communication is zero. She said she had everything she needed to submit my return 4 days ago but nothing has been done since. Ive called the customer service number and no one can do anything for me except the manager who was supposed to be reviewing my paperwork so it could be submitted. The woman who answered the phone said she would have the supervisor call me after her meeting, that was yesterday morning, still waiting.
Update: in retrospect, I do get impatient when I find out I have money floating around. Brianna contacted me and explained the delay, and all is handled now.
