Ditto what Amber Kwiecien said in her review. Go with a different company! I got charged for the time they were on the road. They did get my A/C going but never figured out what led to the problem in the first place. A $1 Fuse ended up costing me $240 dollars and the problem wasn't solved, just bandaged. They charged me $5 for the same fuse I was able to get for 90 cents at Fleet Farm and 1.5 hours of labor when they were over for less than an hour with a trip charge on top of that! My unit has now malfunctioned again, the fuse trick doesn't work anymore, so I am calling a different company to look at it. Service: A/C system repair

Our furnace stopped working overnight. We are early risers, and we called at around 4 a.m. and they had someone here shortly afterward. Very professional, they fixed the furnace, and we learned quite a bit, they are very knowledgeable. Wonderful experience. Save yourself time, money and frustration by not using this company. They do not disclose their fees and charge you a service call plus travel time from their location and back (without disclosure until you get the bill). I spent 2 months trying to get clarification and explained their lack of non-disclosure verbally and on their website to only be told theyd look into it and get back to me. Each time I had to call them back. Service: Heating system repair

I feel like Rich is my personal electrician. I'm a dyed in the wool DIYer. Electricity is not my strong suit. He patiently fixes my mistakes and shows me better ways to do things. Old school perhaps but he knows his stuff.
