Staff and breakfast were great. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty I couldn't even shower.I showed staff at front desk pictures as not to alarm other guest. She gave me the managers email and ask that I send the picutes.the email and pictures keep being blocked,so much for caring staff. The manager knows of the problem because staff talked to her on the phone.I obviously was not the only one with this problem looking at other reviews. Do to managers lack of response I would not stay here again nor recommend it

My two small children and I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. Shoutout to the lady who happily changed my reservation from 2 nights to 1 night when I called to request the change due to a snowstorm dropping 14 inches on us. Both the pool and hot tub were working and my kids had a blast in both. Our room was clean. The breakfast was good. Overall a great stay. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in West Bend!

I came into the facility and noticed how clean and fresh the hotel smelled.....upon getting the front desk the young man attending was very nice knew job very well very well mannered and professional.....the manager was also on hand and she was super nice ...she helped me get the best rate possible.....the room was very clean nothing out of place ....very out going staff....very professional!!!! I myself have worked for Travel & Leisure Vacation Timeshare Resort in Downtown Austin Texas.....and I have to say the the standard I have seen here is sensational.....!!!!! Everything is within walking distance to get food and go exploring..... Keep up the good work!!!!! From Edward L...
