Walmart Garden Center

We went to the West Bend Walmart. They didn't have a large variety of perennials left. When we got to the lawn and garden check out, no one was there. It said to touch the screen for service. We did. No one came. Went outside to ask if the worker ran the register. She said no. I asked her who does. She said the person must be on lunch. A sign would be helpful so customers know that!

Place an online order and went to pick it up when it came in. I parked in the order pickup area and called the number. I was told that they only deliver groceries to the car and they were short staffed. I was the only car parked for order pick up. I went in and signed for my order and get this, they said they would wheel out my order on the flatbed cart. I thought they were short staffed and only took groceries to the car?  I said don't bother and carried the 25 pound box myself. Oh by the way, last week I picked up the same exact item and I didn't have to leave the car to pick it up. Interesting experience in West Bend.
