I purchased an ice cream machine through costco.com that was distributed from Focus Electric. It arrived and we got everything ready to make some ice cream only to find that the canister full of the custard was too short and would not engage the drive motor so it was unusable. Also noticed that the motor was only a 50 watt rating. Our previous machine had a 140 watt rated motor so I doubt that the machine would have worked even if it would engage. This product apparently has no quality control and I would not recommend that any one purchase it.
