I worked with Jeff Morell for my divorce and recently retained him again for custody and child support issues. My experience with Ellen and Michelle at Sterling Law Offices was excellent. They guided us through every step of mediation and explained it in great detail. Had answers to all our questions and really put us at ease.
Edit: In the months following we had a few questions here and there. I received one-sided contact and was given incomplete information. When I had a simple question (yes or no question) about custody, I called and left several messages and did not receive a single follow up or return call or any answer to my question. Very disappointed. Would no longer feel comfortable recommending this office or any of their locations. I called multiple offices and left multiple messages and never received a call or even email back.

Attorney Smet was great and is juggling so much but she always managed to fit me in - she would even text me at night or on a weekend if needed. She knows her material and my children were my top priority and she made sure they were also to her the entire time. I could even send her a venting email or text message, and even though she couldn't respond to me in a personal matter, she never judged me. It was a long 120 days, but I made it through and the end result was fair and she always had my intentions in mind. She always explained things professionally, but with my concerns in mind. Attorney Smet has helped me be more confident and ready for the new beginning in my life.
