Playful Hearts Child Care LLC

The care these devoted child care workers, like family, gave to our daughter from the time she was 4 months old until almost 4 when we enrolled her in school was phenomonal! We never worried when she was in their care and always felt welcomed from the time we dropped off to pick up. On her last day, we could tell the love they had for her by the tears when she she left. We would highly recommend Playful Hearts!

My children have attended Playful Hearts for the last 10 years. They have always been safe and loved there (which is all a parent really wants), but beyond that, they have enjoyed an environment that promotes learning, positivity, and fun. The staff has been exceptional, both working with my kids and interacting with me as a parent. We feel like part of another family. I am so very grateful for the consistent, accommodating, and nurturing care my kids have received.

Playful Hearts has been entrusted with our kids care for over 4 years now. As a parent its so hard to find someone to trust help you raise your children. The task of choosing care is daunting and we have loved the care and the love our girls have received. The environment is positive and nurturing; our girls learn so much while under their care. The teachers love our littles as their own.

I have never gone to a daycare where you can walk around not be stopped and walk into any room where the doors where the children are in and are not locked and the keys are in the door. I went to pick up my grandson and heard babies crying; I thought my grandson was in there and wanted to see if he was one that was crying and why? The owner (Jessica) shielded me from going in and shut the door on me, but I was able to see these babies crying to the point where all but one was not crying. She than told me my grandson was across in an unlocked room sleeping UNSUPERVISED!! He is a one-year-old baby and was left unattended with other children that sleep on cots, my concern is these young children are in an unlocked room and can get up and roam the room without any supervision putting these babies in real danger of hurting themselves. As we know one year old children need to be watched at ALL times!! My grandson had an injury to his mouth when leaving this daycare, the teacher that was supervising could not give any explanation on how it happened nor knew he had an injury to his mouth, another teacher noticed his injury and had pointed this to his mother before leaving the daycare. When he arrived at home, he was not able to eat any soft foods because of the pain, his mother had to take him to urgent care and had to report it to the authorities. The top of his gums was bruised and visibly swollen and noticeable. Accountability needs to be held when you are watching other people's children, safety should be there top priority these are our children, grandchildren and our loved ones these children should be taken care of like they are your own child!!! The nightmare our family endured with this daycare; I would not recommend this facility to anyone!!!!
