        Customer service was terrible and employees were unwilling to help with anything. Zero communication about part updates. Ended up having my phone fixed at the Brookfield store 100% would recommend going there vs west bend. Customer service is 1000 times better and they went out of there way to get my phone fixed quick.

        Very friendly and helpful. My screen went black & they installed a temporary screen so my data could be transferred to my new phone. I was concerned I lost my contacts & pics but they were able to transfer all. So thankful.
