Brought it in for dash lights and oil change and tire rotation. Dash lights were taken care of. Told service 3 times about the oil and tires. I picked the jeep up on Saturday and no oil change or tire rotation. Not happy.

I purchased my vehicle in January, there was a problem with the touch screen, and the vehicle was shaking. Nada an appointment, dropped the car off. It took over 2 weeks to balance the tires and figure out the touch screen needed to be replaced, which then took another week to replace. When I finally got my vehicle back, there was still a problem, I contacted service, I was told I needed to bring the car in. I did that and not to my surprise, I was told they couldn't duplicate the problem. I was prepared for this seeing that this wasn't the first time I was told this. I ask for someone to come sit in my car, where in less than 2 mins I was able to produce the problem. I was told they would look into the problem, over 2 weeks went by and no call. I finally called and again I have to bring the car in and show them the problem. I have been blown off several times, I really regret purchasing this vehicle from this place
