Lifestar Medical Van Transport

First spoke to a dispatcher (didn't give name) who bruskly said that there were no vehicles available on the day I needed one. She was unable or unwilling to give me the name of another provider. I asked to speak to her supervisor and got another very unfriendly woman who also wouldn't give me her name and told me that they couldn't transport from that facility, even though they transported my friend there only three weeks earlier. She also couldn't/wouldn't give me the name of another transport service and then hung up on me.

Both drivers were helpful and courteous. The only reason I knocked the review down a star was due to the hour plus wait for the return ride. This is somewhat understandable, as the return ride had to be called in after a long wait at the appointment.

Transport was from The Pavillion in Slinger, WI to a medical appointment at Froedtert Milwaukee. The driver was awesome, I'm truly so grateful!

Waiting at Loyola for pickup of my mother. Had 10am MD visit. Finished at 1030am. It is now 1245 Pm and driver is not here. Service was coordinated from Norwood Crossing nursing home. This is unacceptable!
