When serving CBRF - they keep sending more and more individual meds in a single bubble pack, increasing the number of packages we have to open during med passes, to store in our cabinets, and to dispose of. Used to be that all meds would be packed in one big bubble pack. Very wasteful to have zillions of little plastic packages go in landfills, we should be trying to reduce that amount not increase it. And it would likely be more cost effective for you. If things change, I'll change this review. Otherwise, I like how they are tied in with our computer program, has made reordering things much easier.

This pharmacy has gone down hill. Ive never had a problem in the past until the recent name change. I work in a CBRF home and have to call and place refill orders often to this pharmacy. When I call, it takes forever for someone to pick the phone up, if they do at all. I believe one time someone picked the phone up and then hung up. When I finally do get through, the employees are fairly friendly. They have dropped the ball with delivering our meds on time. They were a week behind with delivering our monthly meds. I had to call and ask where were they because if I hadnt, they probably still wouldnt have been delivered. Twice on occasion, Ive called to place refill orders and was told they would be out the next day. The next day comes and goes and nothing. I call back and inquire about the meds and was told the request was not processed. Ive had to call three times about one refill order. Most days of the week, were away from the home and they would come and attempt to deliver our meds. If were not home, of course theyll leave but we never receive a notice or call that theyve attempted to deliver or do they retry later in the day. I think they should leave slips on the door letting us know theyve attempted to deliver meds. The people who deliver the meds are always friendly though, Im assuming the company is under new management and this is where the company went down hill

Terrible company that scapegoats their employees. DO NOT WORK HERE- they promote a toxic work environment.
