Lamplight Inn of West Allis

I'm not sure where some of these bad ratings are coming from- depending on the time of day and the circumstances , any facility will have an odor to it. And also depending on the time of day and circumstances things can look chaotic. The staff cares deeply about the residents and the residents actually call this place home. (They do NOT keep residents when they require hospice care . Please check on that when you are looking to have a resident here.)

I worked one day and was left alone, no trainer for 3 hrs. The windows have no screens ceilings are in disrepair pipes left open in ceilings. Feces on walls broken countertops. A resident was in FIVE depends and I was told "he's a heavy wetter" they have ZERO staff. Food is disgusting and sad to serve. These residents deserve better than this substandard care and sickening environment. Place should be shut down!
