Wanted a fan. Every box was torn open. Dusty as though sitting untouched for years. My grandson had to push a fan from the back forward. You could tell it had been opened and dust all over box. I think either returns or just sitting there all year untouched. Maybe do some dusting and facing things forward.

We bought a new Toro Lawn Mower tonight! We got good advice from Nick in Lawn & Garden. Nathan was nice enough to load it onto a cart and take it out to my car. I got a great price and service. We couldn't be happier.

This store makes finding what you're looking for difficult. Aisles are extremely dimly lit and products in disarray in many places. Empty boxes, things in the wrong place, poorly faced and stocked shelves. When you find a particular product on the Home Depot website, the site only indicates the aisle location within the store there are no bay indications. So for example a small plumbing repair part, a buyer needs to search the entire 50-ft aisle on both sides instead of just one bay location. Also, the website will often state there are a dozen available of a particular product, only to find there they're out of stock completely. And self-checkouts will never be as good for customers as a live cashier but it must cost them far less to force customers to check themselves out, so that's what they do.
