2 weeks ago we had our air ducts cleaned followed by carpet cleaning on the same morning. Jeremy did a wonderful job. The communication regarding the work, the price, the appointment and the process were all very clearly explained. There were no surprises nor upsales. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and will definitely use them again.

l called directly and was told they would accept the groupon rate. When they arrived he gave me a price that was more than doubled the fee quoted on the phone. He refused to do the job unless I paid for a sanitation service that was not even talked about. Why would I want to sanitize a couch? Waste of money. He left without doing the job. Never will I recommend them again.

I have used Platinum twice now - once for a full house deep clean, including stairs and my couch, and this last time for a quick cleanup of the main living area. We are moving in a month and I have them scheduled to come back for a full carpet deep clean and duct cleaning. Always pleasant and thorough, they do a great job!

Jeremy has been doing our carpets at both my house and my moms for over 5 years. He is always so quick to respond and work through any situation. I have thrown a lot at him over the years & he just gets it done! I have two naughty dogs who leave too many stains to count- Jeremy just makes them all disappear!
