i went there yesterday Carly is so sweet lady she did my hair color and brazilian blowout She is so soft and polite she do her job very well she cares for her customer and give tips how to keep hair healthy. she do her best to make her customers look good.. must go and visit her for highlights , brazilian blowout and haircuts..

I have had my hair done here a few times with Carly, and was always pleased with the results. This last time my hair turned out horribly. Her last appointment had gone over quite a bit, but I didn't mind waiting as I had no plans. She seemed a bit rushed but I know she's experienced so I trusted her. I was getting a balayage touched up as it had grown out. When the foils were taken out, it was bright yellow, completely the wrong color and harsh lines. Carly recognized this and was apologetic, and we set up a time to fix it the following week. She toned it and walking out it seemed okay.... a few weeks later I noticed how what she had done was simply a bandaid and not really a fix. My hair had super blotchy spots, and you could tell where color was added as the lines were very harsh. My hair was also very damaged and dried out from this experience. I never went back because after the second visit, the one where it was getting fixed, both Dawn and Carly made comments how I was "lucky" that I got it done for so cheap....when they were the ones who quoted me that. I spend 6 hours on the whole ordeal and I found their comments really uncalled for and rude. It's been almost a year and I've had to have my hair done numerous times to try and fix it, but it's still damaged. I'm just waiting for it to grow out at this point so I can start fresh. I really wanted to support local, but this was an awful experience. See pics: Harsh lines where brown ends and blonde starts and in the back it is noticeable where she put color as it's splotchy. Hair is very dried out.

I have been going there for over 15 years I believe and I love it. They have so many services. Kim is the best. I always walk out smiling cause I love how my hair looks.
