Ive had a reasonably good experience with the clinic itself. This poor review is for the awful experience on their phone system. Ive tried calling and speaking with a human for a couple things and both times it was bad for my health! Waiting through 5+ minutes of menu options to find there isnt one for the thing you needed. Waiting on hold for 10 minutes and then getting a dead line. You cant automate everything!

Cut my hand with a small chainsaw and decided to try out an urgent care for the first time in my life. Only had to wait a few minutes in the waiting room before being called back to be seen. Everyone was super nice and Dr. Woznick got me stitched up right away. Alexandria was also awesome, she bandaged me up real nicely and gave me a tetanus shot. Would definitely come back here again if the need arises.

I called the day after my visit to follow up on an inhaler I thought the provider was going to order. I left a message and was tod someone would call me back. At 6pm I called and was talked to so rude. I was told the patients there took presidence over me and that I need to be more patient! I said an inhaler so I could breathe?? I told I worked in the healthcare field a long time and she said IF you worked in healthcare you should understand. Im going to send in a formal complaint. The NP that treated me was kind and said to call back if I needed anything

My wife went to urgent care with fevers, nausea/vomiting, headaches. She was told she's dehydrated. She was then told that they were not able to give her IV fluids because they are short staffed. We are both healthy care professionals at Froedtert and are shocked to hear that a medical intervention can be withheld due to staffing issues.
