Do not go to this location. As a new business owner I was looking for in-person help navigating the waters of a first time business filing. Al, the tax representative I was assigned to seemed just as or more confused than I was throughout our initial consultation. After which he proceeded to ghost me for three full weeks including a failed attempt to schedule a phone call appointment with him at a time of his own choosing. When I finally ran out of time to work with and confronted him with an ultimatum of whether or not he could actually complete the filing or if I needed to go elsewhere, the response I was given was "I can TRY to look at it in two days time, if you still want me to." I don't feel like I ask for a lot from most businesses, but I DO need better than a 'maybe' on my tax filing status after 25 days of losing sleep over it the week before the filing is due. Go elsewhere if you can, but if you value your time and peace of mind especially do not agree to work with Al.
