        I had a trailer hitch installed months ago. ( my second one on a different car because my first car was totalled by some disrespectful driver) I am leaving for a trip and realized I didn't feel comfortable securing " the basket". I called this morning and talked with Adam, he said to bring it in and he would put it on, no charge. When I arrived he was busy and I said that was fine! I brought a book to read. After a little while a man came out and said he could do it for me so I didn't have to wait. His name was" Nay-nay", he had it on in less than 10 minutes! And he was so professional and nice!! I highly recommend this place, I always get great service!!

        Took a long time to check out. Gave us a van with very low gas (the warning light was on), but their system's min is 1/4 so in the rental document said there was 1/4 in the tank. As a result, we had to return the van with 1/4 gas in the tank. The worse part was that when you receive a van with such low gas, we weren't sure if we would even make it to the gas station. We told the clerk with regards when we returned the van. She said it was the previous customer's responsibility to fill the tank before returning the van. It was pointless to say.

        Scheduled appointment in August for trailer hitch install for December. No reminder email of appt 3 months after scheduling. Was told install would be 1.5-2 hrs long. Whoever schedules these appts is unaware this could take up to 4 -5 hours! Friendly staff but definite disconnect in communication. Couldnt speak with manager either, Too Busy. Skeptical if will ever return to this location.

        We arrived to return our trailer at closing time on New Year's Eve and the staff helped check-in and detach the trailer! Wonderful and cheerful service was much appreciated at the end of our long day (and theirs!)
