Kevin is a dedicated professional with a wealth of knowledge ranging from the real estate market to issues of home maintenance (or lack thereof!). He always made himself available, and he has a critical eye and would point out potential problems we might have missed with homes we were considering. Also, he gave us practical advice to prepare our current home before it went on the market. During this trying time of COVID-19, many documents were signed online and closing was efficient. He was always prompt to respond when we had a question or a request to set up a showing. The entire process of buying and selling was professionally and efficiently accomplished.
