        We had a claim that we needed to get processed. Being that we never had to do this I was very confused how to do all this online. I called the office and a very nice gentleman named Josh helped me through the whole process. I would like to give Josh a Big Thank You for all the help. Everything now a days is electronic and it was nice to actually talk to a human being. Also, the whole process of this claim has been running very smooth and efficiently through our insurance company Ron Grumley Allstate. Thanks to everyone.

        Very pleased to find this office as I moved here from out of state. Bitty worked to find answers for me and coordinated with Maia at my prior agent's office. Allstate has been my insurance because of how well their agents help me through various life events for half my life. People make all the difference.
