Went in to inquire about ordering plain roses and possibly having a wedding bouquet made. (Very simple) I was told that since mothers day is coming up that they would be too busy. I wasnt asking for much but was told no. I will take my business elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The gentleman who was delivering a floral arrangement to my place of employment for another employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. We do have high security and know this can sometimes be an inconvenience. However, as I apologized and thanked the delivery person, he was so rude I called to complain. There were others in the lobby who witnessed this as well and were appalled by the lack of manners. I would never want to do business with them again based upon this experience and the flowers weren't even for me. Terrible customer service.
