SO horribly sad... Dr. Dentino is a smart and caring dentist but his staff don't know how to do their jobs or care to give customer service. I've been a repeat customer from 2001 to back in 2022 after moving away and back again. Over nearly 6 months time and 3 appointments, no one ever told me they didn't take my insurance. I paid nearly $800 and they kept harassing and threatening me to pay more due to their mistake and 100% lack of communication. The office manager is incompetent and rude - I was trying to work it out and she was condescending and telling me I was the rude one. Zero help and I wish better for others because who can afford to pay for insurance, find services that can help, and then be tricked into ridiculous fees and berated by entitled staff. Dr. Dentino, you're great - sorry to see your overall practice is not though.
