I have enjoyed exceptional dental services at Generations over the past ten years. I have had extensive work from deep cleaning, to fillings to implants. Both Dr. Matt Houting and Dr. Maggie Houting not only provide excellent, quality care, but are great at walking you through the process from diagnosis to treatment options with thorough, professional explanations along the way. All of the hygienists that Ive encountered have been excellent and friendly. Scheduling appointments has always been quick and easy. Great practice!

Everyone is so nice- from the dentists and the hygienists to the ladies making appointments and doing the billing. It seems like everyone is having fun. They treat patients well, considering all aspects of your well being. I really appreciate their professionalism, the humor and the great care!

No issues with regular check ups but when I had a pain in my gums I was encouraged to get surgery right away even though the symptoms didn't match what was expected for the recommended surgery. After gum surgery and an unnecessary root canal I figured out the cause of the pain was my toothbrush. As soon as I switched to a new toothbrush on my regular shedule the pain went away. A simple solution I'm surprised was not recommended before surgery when looking back. I know doctors/dentists guide you the best they can but the biggest reason for the 1 star is because after all the procedures there was no questions from the dentist of what actually made the pain go away to learn how to better help others in the future. I've always had doctors who follow up and this was my first time having any dental issues so I just expected the same level of care. Good for routine cleanings but get a second opinion if you need more.
