        I stop here for my banking needs here and there. However, my review is for the amazing help I received at the branch today.I have had a lot of paperwork lately due to a few complicated matters. I needed something notarized in a hurry and was assisted right away. Kelly was informative, helpful and friendly. She treated me like a person, not just a customer. We were able to get through the paperwork pretty quick and then I was on my way. She was the epitome of perfect customer service! I'll keep going back to this location.

        I have been with North Shore Bank for 14 years. Even kept it when I moved to NYC. After covid and layoff forced me to reevaluate my expenses, I moved back to Milwaukee and secured a WFH position. I went in to get an auto loan and was told I need to have 2 years of consecutive employment to be eligible even though I am making six-figures now. Just ridiculous.
