Like many others if you are even thinking about living here I would look else where. The management is the worst of any experience I have ever had. Waited for months on responses and when I finally left its turned into a three ring circus of lawsuits. Save yourself the headache. Best hunting.

I enjoyed my stay at Synergy. My apartment had everything it needed and i was given all attention needed as and when due. The manager was indeed very helpful and supportive at all times. thank you for giving people a good experience of what a home should be,

Absolutely Not. I'm not a big fan of Google reviews. I believe every review I have ever left was extremely positive and well deserved. I have taken many steps with both the Synergy property management team as well as their parent company, UV Residential, to address my concerns. A number of us have even offered to help address some of their challenges: cleanliness, communication, etc. Astoundingly, their response has been to disagree and discredit these concerns. If there was ever a negative Google Review that was earned.......it is absolutely this one and I promise that this is a last resort. This property was purchased in October 2022 (very well managed prior to that) and the property management team, along with their parent company, has been non-responsive, dismissive, very disorganized and poor at providing timely communication to residents. This is just one review, but do yourself a favor and read the reviews on this property since the new management team took over. I would also research and read the TENANT reviews of their parent company (UV Residential) and other rental properties. I believe that you will find the concerns of cleanliness, responsiveness, care and courtesy to all be consistent concerns. A group of us tenants attempted to approach the building property manager and her team in a constructive and positive fashion. No transition is without challenges, however, the issues here indicate that the problems go much deeper than just a poor transition plan. We have dealt with no cleaning service for the first month of the transition, trash pileups in the common areas and trash rooms (see pics), security issues, communication issues, inaccurate billing, added fees and others. What has been so very disappointing is that we had first attempted to help address these challenges with management. These offers were met with indifference to both the offer and the issues. Maybe this property can turn it around, however, the mindset and methodology appears to be pretty well ingrained in the corporate culture. I hope you'll take caution before committing to a lease here. Lastly, I'm very sorry it has come to this negative Google review......I'd much rather leave a positive one.
