    I would not recommend this apartment to anyone in good conscience. The management is unresponsive and lacks adequate screening processes for tenants, prioritizing occupancy over quality. Despite the luxurious amenities advertised, the building's poor insulation creates an intrusive living environment where you can hear your neighbors clearly; any issues are met with indifference by Dusty, who provides unsatisfactory solutions at best. Looking forward to the end of my lease in August!

    I cannot say enough good things about 2929! First & foremost the staff here are so pleasant, always willing to help in anyway possible, very responsive to emails and phone calls, and are always smiling/greeting you in passing. I applaud their management company having maintenance personal onsite ready to fix any issues that arise- touch up around the complex, all while doing so without attitude/ frustration. From the study rooms, 2 story gym to the car wash bay & pet spa- the amenities here are alone a reason to rent here. For the apartments themself- they are absolutely gorgeous- brand new appliances, great layout and color schemes. Highly recommend renting here without a doubt!

    We scheduled a tour online for Sunday afternoon, late Saturday night. When we arrived our tour wasnt on the schedule, but Amber was still very willing to show us around (Id def call to confirm if you schedule online). Amber gave a wonderful tour, and showed us multiple different units. I was thankful for this as the unit we settled on actually was a completely different floor plan than what we originally wanted. The next day, on Monday, Dusty called to let us know we were approved. The turnaround time was super quick which we appreciated. We had our application and admin fee processed on the next day. When we called in to have this done the person who answered didn't explain anything that would happen after they processed our approval. Just told us theyd get it processed and then hung up. It was a little off putting as Amber and Dusty were super friendly and our experience with the leasing team had been great so far. Today, Wednesday, we still didnt see any lease in our applicant portal. Amber was back in office (she had mentioned she would be off on Mon/Tues) and she called to check up on us. She answered any remaining questions we had about next steps and also let us know what to expect going forward. Im unsure who else works at the leasing office, but Amber is amazing. Shes the reason why this review will still get 5 stars! Thank you Amber for following up with us as promised. My husband and I are excited to move to 2929 in March!
