Kocourek Subaru

Knowledgeable staff and large waiting area, however there are 2 areas of improvement at Kocourek Subaru, the first one is do not have a television playing and a Radio playing at the same time, there was a TV on in the waiting area and a radio on high volume in the hallway. (Please choose only one form of listening device for your waiting customers, having 2 playing at the same time gives a person a headache) Item number 2 and most important, a dealership is the most expensive place a person can bring their car to be repaired, if so, then why do you have a surcharge/extra charge for customers when they decide to pay with a credit card? I was very surprised and disappointed when this charge was added to my transaction at check out.

My wife and I were visiting the area, and had a check engine light come on in her Subaru. They got us in very quickly, and the service was top notch.

Recently ordered/purchased a 2024 Crosstrek through JJ! Hands down the best experience ever! Between the ordering, getting updates on the car, and picking up the car, JJ was in constant communication along the way! And he made sure I understood everything about the car before I left with it! I highly recommend working JJ!!

Great service. I was sbout 7 minutes late for my appointment and feeling distressed. Was put at ease. Appointment was less than an hour. All good!

Always a good experience to arrive there. No need for an appointment for oil change and they will checkout any concerns I have,whether its starlink or whatever else.
